- Do not claim to have reviewed private CRM, analytics, revenue, or customer data without access.
- Do not use sensitive personal data.
- Do not create fake screenshots, fake metrics, or fake relationship claims.
- Do not cold-message via WhatsApp in Brazil unless the person opted in or initiated the conversation.
Opt-out
Every outbound email should include a clear unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism. Opt-outs should be added to a suppression list and honored promptly.
Human review
Every private concept should be reviewed by a human before outreach to ensure factual, respectful, compliance-safe language.
